Discover a dynamic total-body workout that blends the mindful flow of yoga, core strength of Pilates, and the sculpting grace of ballet.  This class is designed to improve posture, flexibility, and stability while building lean strength.  Expect energizing sequences that lengthen muscles, strengthen your core, and challenge your balance – all set to uplifting pop music.  This class is suitable for all levels.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing Yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, & range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises & a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

A very effect muscle-conditioning workout utilizing barbells with adjustable weights designed to tone and strengthens all muscle groups. This class is excellent for everyone, men and women. Please arrive early to set-up equipment.
