Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing Yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, & range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises & a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Pop Pilates is a total body workout done to music, with a special emphasis on the core. Options and modifications will be shown for each move. Develop a rock-solid core and a lean dancer’s body. All you need is your water, mat, and towel.

A very effect muscle-conditioning workout utilizing barbells with adjustable weights designed to tone and strengthens all muscle groups. This class is excellent for everyone, men and women. Please arrive early to set-up equipment.
