At Being-Fit Fitness Centers, we are all a family and we believe in team efforts and group levels of support. We truly believe that you will receive all of your fitness and performance needs through our semi-private training, but we understand that you may prefer the exclusivity of a personal coach to guide you through each of your workouts in a 1 on 1 environment.  Our private personal training program offers a comprehensive one on one session with one of our knowledgeable trainers.  Programs are designed specifically to fit each individuals needs.  We strongly recommend private training for those that have specific needs that may not necessarily be best met through semi-private training.

 

Reasons to inquire about 1 on 1 training:

  • Individual Specific Programming:  Some members require specific programming that address injuries or specific movement dysfunctions.  In these cases, one on one training may be beneficial.  This allows the trainer to spend more time addressing specific problematic areas.
  • Motivation: Small groups may be motivating and fun for some, but may not be for others.  If you want a personal coach and cheerleader, our one on one training is the solution for you.
  • Safety:  Safety is ALWAYS our first concern.  Some members requiring specific programming also need to be monitored closely to ensure the highest level of safety regarding their health.  If you have a specific medical condition, please inform our fitness director.  To ensure your safety always comes first, we will recommend the be program option.
