Using our 20+ years of experience, an in-depth assessment and your specific goals, we will design a workout routine that will finally help you move, feel, and look better!
The Personalized Workout Routine provides you with a framework for your workout and gives you the flexibility to exercise and follow the program on your own.
A trainer will meet with you on an as needed basis to update your routine so that you continue to get results and don’t get bored! Updates are made as you progress and your needs change.
Includes:
- A Workout Card with your Specific Exercises, Reps, and Sets (updated as needed)
- A Coaching Session to demonstrate your program so that you feel comfortable with the exercises
