Temporary Hold is Set to Expire 1/28/2021
Dear Being-Fit Member:
Back in Sept 2020 you had requested to temporarily freeze the membership for 4 months. This temporary hold is set to resume billing on 1/28/2021 for the month of December.
WE ARE OPEN WITH MODIFICATIONS PER THE MOST RECENT ORDERS, so please stop by or call us to find out what those are.
Please let us know if you’ve had any changes to your billing source on file, as any returns on that debit will incur a $10 interruption fee if they don’t go through.
Our group exercise classes remain outdoors, as well. A lot of our members have really been enjoying this feature. We do the classes at Being-Fit in front of the building. You can always check each week’s classes and offerings here: http://www.beingfitfitnesscenters.com/schedule
You do have the choice to continue your temporary hold by paying another $10 for 4 more months. If you want to select this option, please email us, text, or come in no later than 1/24/2021.
If you wish to cancel the membership, there is a 30 day written notice required per the terms of the membership agreement. That means if we receive your cancellation by 1/30/2021 then your last payment would be the upcoming debit on 1/28/2021 (please make sure the billing source is up to date). You will need to come in and fill out a cancellation form or send a written letter in the mail to: Being-Fit Membership 8292 Mira Mesa Blvd., San Diego, CA 92126. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS VIA PHONE, TEXT, OR EMAIL per the terms of the membership agreement.
We understand there is still a lot of fear to return to gyms, but here are a couple of articles that have been conducted in the fitness industry for you to read if you wish.

Again, If you are still working and plan to return to your community neighborhood gym in the future, please consider paying your monthly dues instead of cancelling or pausing your membership. This pandemic has been devastating for our small gym and it’s getting worse every month that it continues. We are doing all we can to stay open, keep local employees, teachers, and trainers employed, and provide the safest environment possible for members! We could use ALL the support we can get right now if you’re able to support your local small business.
Kindly,
The Being-Fit Team
