What is R.I.P.P.E.D. Fitness?

Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet. This whole-body exercise system is designed to help you attain and maintain your fitness goals; from your weekly workouts to keeping up with healthy eating habits and steadily gaining endurance and overall strength.

Our Mira Mesa R.I.P.P.E.D. classes are a total body experience. Each fitness class utilizes resistance and high-intensity interval training combined with cardio to create a fun, stimulating, and invigorating workout that will get your heart pumping. High-intensity intervals will spike your heart rate and then let it recover, which is important and effective for a great workout. Power incorporates a lot of strength, while plyometrics is great for sports conditioning, balance, and coordination.

The R.I.P.P.E.D. Training Method is the ultimate high intensity interval training experience – each class is a nonstop, heart-pounding, 60-minute workout that will leave you feeling invigorated. R.I.P.P.E.D.™ combines equal parts high intensity cardio treadmill workout with dynamic strength and sculpting exercises on state-of-the-art treadmills. Not to mention it’s a great workout for weight loss and calorie burning – the average calories burned during each 50-minute class range between 750 to 1,000!

There’s never a dull moment in our R.I.P.P.E.D. classes – every workout stimulates different energy systems and muscles in each segment, changing the focus and activity every 6 to 9 minutes along with driving, motivating music. Using a plateau-proof philosophy, each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format.

What to Wear to Our Mira Mesa R.I.P.P.E.D. Classes

Wear lightweight, comfortable workout clothes (preferably those that are moisture wicking) and comfortable athletic shoes.

What to Bring to Our Mira Mesa R.I.P.P.E.D. Classes

Always bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, athletic shoes, and a towel. We also suggest that you bring a mat to be more comfortable.
