Program Design Membership
Are you struggling to reach your fitness goals? Confused by all the conflicting information from friends, fitness magazines and trainers? We can help! Using our 20+ years of experience, an in-depth assessment and your specific goals, we will design a program that will finally help you move, feel, and look better!
This membership is our most basic type of personal training membership that provides you with a framework for your workout and gives you the flexibility to exercise and follow the program on your own.
With our unique equipment and a motivating atmosphere, you will see results not possible in a conventional fitness center. A trainer will meet with you every 4-6 weeks to update your Individual Program Design. Updates are made as you progress and your needs change.
With the Program Design Membership you will receive:
Functional Movement Screen and Personal Fitness Assessment
- Individual Program Design (updated every 4-6 weeks)
- Coaching Session to demonstrate your program
